The Merker Group is working with an Am Law firm to find a mid-level Finance Attorney with experience in finance and/or corporate transactions to join the firm's Charlotte office. This attorney will represent capital providers with their debt and equity investment activities.
This firm pays very competitively and has a reasonable billable requirement. This is a unique opportunity to represent both equity and debt investors, as well as represent portfolio companies in their acquisition, sell-side and financing activities.
Required Experience:
- 2 to 6 years of experience representing lenders with their lending transactions, alternative investment vehicles with their debt and equity investments, and private equity fund investors with their control and growth equity investments.
- Prior Am Law 100/200 firm experience.
- J.D. and outstanding academic credentials.
- NC Bar License.
